JQK22 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and JQK22 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "JQK22"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jqk22.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Site").

JQK22 operates an online casino and sports betting platform offering a range of services including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, live football wagering, lottery games and arcade titles. These services are made available exclusively to individuals who satisfy the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms.

By accessing the JQK22 Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including JQK22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language in the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation. References to Malaysian Ringgit ("MYR" or "RM") reflect the primary currency in which JQK22 operates for its Malaysian player base, which includes members from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru and across Malaysia.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on the JQK22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. JQK22 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Members. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age limits that may apply under any local legislation.
• You must be a human user — the use of automated scripts, bots or artificial agents to register accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by JQK22 or any third-party responsible gambling body.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent or close family member of a JQK22 employee or business partner.

4.1 Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the JQK22 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. JQK22 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. JQK22 will never request your password via any channel. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your JQK22 account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify JQK22's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

JQK22 shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses caused by unauthorised access to your account through no fault of JQK22.

4.3 KYC Verification

All Members are required to complete JQK22's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes a valid national identity card (MyKAD), passport or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of ownership of the registered payment method. JQK22 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

JQK22 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods approved for use on the Platform. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on the Member's jurisdiction, account status and applicable regulatory requirements at the time of the deposit.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Approved deposit methods currently include, but are not limited to: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard, as well as selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) and Litecoin (LTC). JQK22 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JQK22 does not charge deposit fees; however, transaction fees imposed by the payment service provider are the Member's responsibility.
• JQK22 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects the deposit is made in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct.
• Deposited funds are held in the Member's account and may only be used for wagering purposes on the JQK22 Platform.

JQK22 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. All withdrawal requests are subject to the conditions set out below.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• A Member must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the Member's own name and that has been previously used to deposit funds into the account, where applicable.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before the balance derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed the Member's applicable daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limit, which may vary by membership tier.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Processing Times

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): up to one (1) business day.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC): subject to network confirmation times, typically 30–120 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Refusal

JQK22 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any withdrawal request where: it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or terms violation; KYC documents have not been submitted or verified; there are outstanding disputes on the account; or the applicable wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

JQK22 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to Members who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per Member, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the specified validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• JQK22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If JQK22 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through coordinated abuse, or in violation of these Terms, it may void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

JQK22's welcome bonus offers are available exclusively to first-time depositing Members. Bonus amounts, maximum caps and wagering requirements vary by offer type. For example, the 288% Magnificent welcome bonus carries a maximum bonus cap of MYR 2,880 and is subject to a 35x wagering requirement. The 100% Standard bonus is capped at MYR 300 with a 10x wagering requirement. Full details of each offer are published on the relevant promotional page.

7.3 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Members making deposits via approved cryptocurrency methods may be eligible for an automatic 2% crypto deposit bonus, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. This bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation, subject to standard wagering requirements. The minimum qualifying deposit is equivalent to MYR 30.

All games available on the JQK22 Platform are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering.

• All slot and non-live casino games use certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independently audited for fairness.
• Live casino games are operated by trained dealers and are subject to the rules governing each specific table game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, etc.).
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to the rules of JQK22's sportsbook, including settlement rules applicable to void bets, postponed events, and disputed outcomes.
• JQK22 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or following a technical malfunction, and to cancel or limit any wager at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a game malfunction, game history records held by JQK22 shall be the primary source of truth. The Member's own records are secondary.
• All outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform's systems. Requests to reverse confirmed game results will not be entertained except in cases of demonstrable technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JQK22 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of all account balances, with or without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion with other members to meet wagering requirements, using accounts in coordinated fashion to exploit promotional terms, or deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any activity that JQK22 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Sharing access to an account with any other individual.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JQK22 staff or other members.

JQK22 is strongly committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We operate on the basis that gambling is a form of adult entertainment that should be enjoyed safely and within each Member's personal means. The Platform is made available exclusively to individuals aged 21 and above.

JQK22 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Members, accessible from within the Member's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may temporarily restrict access to their account for a self-selected period.

All content on the JQK22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, game content, data compilations and user interface designs, is the proprietary property of JQK22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of any Platform content without express written consent from JQK22.
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Use the JQK22 brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JQK22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, JQK22 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including any losses incurred during Platform downtime, connection failures or other technical interruptions beyond JQK22's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, including account history or transaction records, caused by events outside JQK22's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access resulted from the Member's own failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bank transfer delays attributable to institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong.
• Any failure of cryptocurrency networks to confirm transactions within expected timeframes.

JQK22's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JQK22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Member's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Upon account closure under normal circumstances (i.e., at the Member's own voluntary request and in the absence of any breach), any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

In cases where account closure is initiated by JQK22 due to a material breach of these Terms, JQK22 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and in accordance with applicable law.

JQK22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, JQK22 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Members via email, in-platform notification or a prominent notice on the Site prior to the amendments taking effect.

Your continued use of the JQK22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

The current version of these Terms is always published on this page, with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a Member and JQK22 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

JQK22's internal complaints process is as follows:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to our support team via live chat or email, including full details of the dispute and your account reference.
2. JQK22's support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and escalate to the relevant department.
3. A formal response will be provided within five (5) business days of receipt of the complaint.
4. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at this stage, it may be escalated to JQK22's senior management team.
